Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a tracking number in the shipment confirmation email when your order is dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for this number to become active.

What is the delivery time on orders?
All shipments are dispatched same or next day after payment is received.
Delivery time in Australia:
Standard Shipping: 2 – 5 working days.
Express Shipping: 1 - 3 working days
Delivery days are indicated in metro areas, it may take more time to deliver in remote areas.
Delivery time overseas:
New Zealand 4-6 working days
North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific 6-13 working days
Rest of the world 10-15 working days
Can I return an item or exchange to a different size?
We hope you love your new products just as much as we loved creating them for you. We understand that online shopping can be tricky sometimes, please check size guides before you make a purchase or just simply e-mail us and we will find the right size for you.
For items that you’re unhappy with, you have 30 days to return to us from the date of purchase.

Please note the following:
- We’re not responsible for any return shipping costs, and
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and complete with tags.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to reach your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. The item can be returned only once for an exchange. We do not accept a second exchange for the same item. Exchanges are delivered for free in Australia only. Customers outside Australia will be charged with Flat Shipping Rate.
